• Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached
• Exchanges are applicable for size, fit, or color related concerns
• Simply contact our team with your order details to initiate an exchange
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange promptly
• Kultz does not offer refunds — all approved returns will be processed as an exchange only
