Kultz offers exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached to be eligible for an exchange.
Exchanges are accepted for size, fit, or color related concerns on Basic T-Shirts, Graphic T-Shirts, and Polo Shirts only.
Custom T-Shirts are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable — no exceptions will be made.
Kultz does not offer refunds. All approved returns will be processed as an exchange only.
Kultz reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.

Custom T-Shirts are made to order based on customer-provided specifications.
Once a custom order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all customization details — including size, design, and color — are correct before placing the order.
Kultz is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
